90 Days of Building in Public

October 1 - December 31, 2025

After over 10 years building in private and creating the framework for 36in36, I'm documenting the final push to complete Year 1's projects and launch the next phase—where YOU can contribute and earn equity across all 36 projects.

What's 36in36? A collaborative venture launching 36 projects over 36 months. Contributors earn equity across all projects, not just one. Jump in now on existing projects, or propose new ideas for future launches. Year 1: 6 projects. Year 2: 12 projects. Year 3: 18 projects.

My Personal Challenge

I've spent over 10 years building and programming—comfortable in the maker space, uncomfortable with public visibility. This 90-day journey is about changing that.

The shift: From pure builder to someone who can share the work, build community, and invite others into the process. Building in public means documenting the journey transparently—wins, struggles, and everything in between.

The goal: Complete Year 1's projects, demonstrate the 36in36 model works, and build a community of contributors ready to help launch the next 30 projects.
